WIDMANN: Specialized film, non woven, foam and paper converting machinery. We service industries including office products, pouch and spout packaging, medical products, automotive and more. In the office product segment, the recent introductions of the FS 385 and RB 45U ultrasonic welding lines continue the leadership that Widmann has shown for tear seal welding of Polypropylene, PVC, PE and alloy films. The RB 45U produces up to 46 ring binder flats per minute, with possibilities for including mechanism insertion and the FS 385 can produce pages and covers, even tear sealed, at rates up to 90 cycles per minute. Pouch lines from Widmann can produce up to 600 pouches per minute, based on format along with either integrated or separate spout insertion. Additional production applications for Widmann Ultrasonic welding technology include non-woven filtration and vehicle sound absorption components.
